Welcome! I’m Maya Rossignac-Milon. My research investigates the experience of shared reality in conversation and interpersonal relationships.

I’m an Assistant Professor in the Managing People in Organisations department at IESE Business School. Before joining IESE, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia Business School. My PhD is in Psychology from Columbia University.
